Hi! Welcome to
'Remember Way Back'!
Do you remember only having three channels on the TV? Did you have a Big Wheel or Green Machine? Was The Force With You? Did your school only have one computer to share and play Oregon Trails with? This website is new but most of what I like to talk about isn't. And if the above questions ring a bell, then this website is for you, too! I hope to learn and share some new things about some old things while looking at the past.
For years I have gone by the pseudonym of 'Kanauga Kool' online for my art and restoration projects online. I'm a 50-something year old Gen-Xer that had an awesome childhood growing up in the 70s and 80s, but I also hold a deep appreciation and interest in the decades that proceeded me - with a passion for music, movies, art, travel, and antiques. This page is a place for me to exercise my writing, share cool vintage & retro photos, and reflect back on things that make me happy!
Thank you for stopping by and joining me as we Remember Way Back!
